Executive Summary
PASSION PLAYS LOUD.
The Mission
Court Soccer Inc. is raising a seed round to fund the launch of A5 — the world's premier court soccer league. A5 will establish the highest level of court soccer in the United States. This will provide the platform needed for the USWNT players to accelerate their path to qualification for the 2029 FIFA Women's Futsal World Cup.
The Context
In December 2025, FIFA staged the inaugural Women's Futsal World Cup in the Philippines — 16 nations, 32 matches, 210 goals. Brazil won. The US was not there. The USWNT futsal program launched just months earlier and failed to qualify. The next World Cup is 2029.

WHY NOW.
01
FIFA JUST VALIDATED WOMEN'S FUTSAL
The inaugural FIFA Women's Futsal World Cup took place in November–December 2025 — 16 nations, 210 goals, Brazil crowned champions. FIFA has decided the time is now. So have we.
02
THE US FAILED TO QUALIFY
The USWNT futsal program didn't exist until 2025. Their first-ever matches were in February. They finished third in CONCACAF qualifying and missed the World Cup entirely. A5 is building the professional infrastructure they need.
03
2026 FIFA WORLD CUP IN THE US
The largest soccer event in US history creates a once-in-a-generation window to launch a new soccer property.
04
WOMEN'S SPORTS INFLECTION POINT
Unrivaled went from concept to $340M valuation in one year. The NWSL, WNBA, and women's sports broadly are experiencing unprecedented investment and attention. Court soccer is the next surface for this movement.
05
CONTENT-FIRST LEAGUES ARE WINNING
Kings League (2.1M peak viewers, €20M Year 1 revenue), Baller League (7.7M hours watched in debut season), and Unrivaled all prove that digital-native, entertainment-forward leagues can build massive audiences without legacy infrastructure.
06
COURT SOCCER IS UNTAPPED
Indoor soccer drew 21,000+ fans per game at its 1980s peak in the US. Futsal is the world's fastest-growing court sport. To date no one has built a premium indoor soccer product. A5 stakes that claim.

The inaugural tournament concluded in the Philippines. Brazil defeated Portugal 3–0 in the final. A watershed moment for the sport.
Portugal 3–3 Spain | Women's Futsal EURO Final
Spain repeated their success from the first UEFA Women's Futsal EURO after a thrilling comeback against hosts Portugal.
U.S. Women's Futsal National Team Makes History
The growing American talent pool — many of these players could become A5's first generation of homegrown stars.
The Star Factory
THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE.
THE BIGGEST OPPORTUNITY.
THE BIGGEST OPPORTUNITY.
The Gap
Building stars is hard. No domestic soccer league has cracked it. The NWSL has had 13 years. MLS has had 30. Both still rely on importing fame or borrowing it from national teams. That's exactly why it's such a massive opportunity.
The A5 Advantage
01
Format-driven highlights5v5 on a small court = more touches, more one-on-one moments, more individual brilliance per minute than 11v11 outdoor soccer.
02
Arena DreamsOur docuseries introduces players to audiences before they ever step on court — building emotional investment and fan bases before the league launches.
03
Premium markets onlyNYC and SF amplify every performance. The right arena in the right city turns a great player into a cultural figure.
